Pickers are simple dropdown single select options.
Only users with “Client Admin” role can update PICKER options.
Client Admin menu is available on the top menu with this icon: 
Manage PICKER Values
- From the Client Admin menu select Edit Pickers
- Select form from the dropdown list
- Click and Edit options. Add comma separated options. Each option will be a row in the dropdown list
- All the changes are saved automatically
