1,900 Construction Sites Across the Southeast United States
A leading environmental consultant used the QNOPY platform to implement an EHS audit program. The consultant periodically monitored over 1,900 active construction sites across seven states to assess the sub contractor’s EHS compliance. Construction contractors were then rated for individual sites, as well as across the whole portfolio during a given week or month. Overall, the program served to coach the contractors on health and safety awareness, rather than to catch unsafe behavior.
QNOPY thus created a completely customized solution for the client's unique and proprietary EHS audit program. Different checklists concurrently captured the work safety culture, activities at the sites, and risky behavior scores. Furthermore, QNOPY introduced new features to capture issues found and coaching provided to the contractors.

In summary, QNOPY streamlined the entire EHS audit program, from planning the site visits to generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with score cards and charts. Site inspectors used the QNOPY Mobile App to record site notes, document travel and site times, take pictures, and make drawings. Simultaneously, project managers reviewed the site notes and relayed any corrective actions or additional data requirements to the inspectors before they left the site.
