Groundwater monitoring (GWM) is the very first application we built and is the most used QNOPY application. Each month thousands of monitoring wells are sampled using QNOPY mobile app. Its broken into sections like well integrity, well head readings, and stabilization parameters.

Soil Boring Logs

QNOPY soil logging application lets you log your borings with ease. There are several different versions of the logging forms available. Depending on how details you want to capture you can pick the form you need. Boring log is broken into 4 sections: header log, lithology, sampling, and well construction.

Daily Field Logs

Whatever type of field work you do you would always need to create a daily field log. QNOPY daily field log application is fast and efficient way to capture your activities. Picture is worth a thousand words. Capture as many pictures as you can during the day to make a photo log. Daily log captures your in and out time at the site as well as that for the subcontractors. You can track what equipment you had at the site for the day as well.

Phase I ESA

QNOPY Phase I ESA application is an end-to-end solution for writing your phase I reports from site inspections, to risk data, to final reports. The ESA mobile application follows the ASTM standards and includes all the different sections you need to fill in. The app mimics the field workflow. No one likes to fill the lengthy checklists at the site. You probably go around taking pictures and take some shorthand notes. QNOPY apps lets you do just that – take photos and make quick notes. All the information you record is automatically copied into the online report writer. You can also print your site inspection checklist as a pdf or word document.

Health and Safety

We at QNOPY put health and safety at the forefront of our development. When it comes to fieldwork its “Safety First.” QNOPY has several different health and safety applications including a tailgate checklist, vehicle inspection, lockout tag out, site safety checklist, and more. QNOPY application has a Hospital feature that navigates the users to the nearest hospital with a click of a button. Purpose of the health and safety application is to make our users aware of the hazards at the site and nudge them to take the adequate measures to keep safe.

Construction monitoring/Inspector Daily Reports

Any type of construction activity can be monitored using the QNOPY IDR or the Construction Monitoring application. The forms are customized to exactly fit your requirements. You can track the manual labor hours, equipment hours, safety incidents at the site, any material testing logs, and progress of the activities. List of your subs, equipment, personnel, and different testing methods are pre-loaded for quick data entry. You can load all your planned activities and activity codes and track their progress each day. Different roles can be set up such that the IDR is reviewed and approved by the resident engineer.

Quiet often you probably only need a quick photo log. You swing by a site and take a bunch of photos. QNOPY simple photo log provides you an efficient way of capturing photos and creating a good-looking photo log on the QNOPY web portal. If you go from site to site capturing photos, you don’t need to remember which photo belongs to what site. QNOPY app tracks your photos for you. Each photo is geotagged and timestamped. The geographic coordinates as well as the timestamp are printed on the photo as well so you would never misplace a photograph.

BMP Checklist

With the QNOPY Stormwater and BMP checklist you can inspect Stormwater outfalls and record and issues with the BMPs at a construction site or at a permitted discharge facility. You can track issues as well as corrective actions performed at the site. The app can be programmed to automatically populate the weather and the rainfall data based on the site location. You can view the historic data for the outfall to see if there were any issues in the past. Data can be exported as an excel spreadsheet or as a word document.

Soil Gas Sampling

You can record your soil gas field logs using the QNOPY app. Whether you use Summa™ containers or Tedlar Bags™ you can track your vacuum readings and leak checks with the QNOPY soil gas app. Capture the sample ID, the canister ID, and the start and end vacuum readings. If you use Helium shroud then you can record the helium percentages.

You can capture special field sampling data using the QNOPY sampling app. Whether you do Perimeter Air Sampling, Lead XRF field investigation, or Asbestos survey, QNOPY app provides you with an easy and efficient way to capture sampling locations and logging pertinent information. You can mark each sample location on a map and it will keep creating a sample location map for you to export as a pdf or a picture file. If you perform onsite testing then you can enter the results in the app which are aggregated to create final reports on the QNOPY web portal.
